What we do
Some decisions are best taken only with the support of a fully-fledged financial model.
We have developed such models across a range of sectors and types of business.
As with our other modelling work, our approach is to prepare well-structured, rigorous models that provide
a robust basis for “what-if” and scenario analyses.
Often, our financial modelling work forms part of a more general project aimed at assisting
with the development of the best business model and the production of a business plan.
We also apply our financial modelling expertise to auditing existing financial models.
Typically, the outcome of a model audit is a report identifying apparent mistakes, inconsistencies
and vulnerabilities of the model.
